Starting a business in the UK is made easy with our Non-Resident Company Formation Package. The package is designed to meet the needs of non-residents who wish to establish a limited company in the United Kingdom. It gives your company a London presence, including the use of our prestigious Registered Office Address in Kensington.
Please Note:
- For those outside the UK who want to set up a company, we must assess customers through careful verification checks. To ensure these high standards, only this specific registration package is offered for non-UK residents – not any other package on this website.
Key Points for UK Company Formation as a Non-Resident
Before proceeding with your order, please take into consideration the following essential points:
Before placing your order, ensure that you are not residing in a high-risk jurisdiction as listed on our website: High-Risk Jurisdictions. If you reside in or are a citizen of a high-risk jurisdiction, please submit this form before ordering on our website.
You must be able to provide valid identification and proof of address in English or have them translated into English. First, complete your company formation application. We will then send a request for you to provide your proof of identity and address. It is essential to comply with these requirements to avoid any delays in the registration process. For more details, please visit: ID Requirements.
Please be advised that when using our London address services, such as the Registered Office Address or Business Postal Address, you are not permitted to imply that your company is physically located at these addresses. These addresses are provided on a “virtual” basis and can be used solely for company registration and postal purposes.

Get your documents Apostilled (optional)
If you have recently created a company in the UK you may be required to provide Apostilled documents in another country. Some countries require company documents to be officially legalised before they can be used outside the UK. An Apostille is an official government certificate added to documents so that they are recognised when presented in another country.
An Apostille is a way of officially authenticating the company documents for use in other countries. It may also be required if you choose to open a bank account or a branch of your company outside the UK. In the United Kingdom an Apostille is granted by the Foreign and Commonwealth office. Apostilled company documents are accepted in any of the 120 countries which are party to the 1961 Hague Convention.
Our Apostilled Documents Service, including certification by a solicitor beforehand, can be added to your company formation order on the Checkout page.
