This package offers online limited company registration with Companies House. You will receive a complete set of digital company documents, sent electronically via email as PDF files. This will include all of the essentials required for a company to begin trading.
Who Can Buy the Proxy Package?
Typically, an application to form a company is made by someone who will be a company director or shareholder. It may instead be done, however, by someone outside the company structure, for example:
- Anyone assisting with the formation of a company for someone else. For example, if you are helping a family member or friend to establish a company.
- Professionals, such as accountants or solicitors, registering a business on behalf of a client.

- For UK residents only. If you live outside the UK or have a non-resident in the company structure then select our Non-Resident Package.
Why Use this Package?
The Proxy Package, while similar to the Basic Package, is designed specifically for those assisting others with company formation.
Due to our extended responsibilities under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) rules, this package includes verification checks for up to 3 people. These checks apply to you and to those involved in the company structure, such as directors or Persons with Significant Control (PSCs). If you are helping to set up a company for someone else then you must use this package.

Companies House charges a £50 filing fee for the incorporation of a new company. This fee is included in all of our packages and we pay it on your behalf.
Online Client Portal
This allows you to manage your existing companies and incorporate new ones without needing to re-enter the information.
Introduction to an Accountant (optional)
We have partnered with an accountancy firm that specialises in providing accounting services to new businesses. This accountancy firm will send you a welcome e-mail within 2 working days of your company being incorporated. You may then arrange a consultation with the firm, via Skype, e-mail or telephone, which is free for the first 30 minutes. The purpose of this initial consultation is to introduce you to their services and to let you discuss your accounting and taxation concerns.
