If you wish to use our address for general business contact with your company, however, then you should purchase our Business Postal Address Service, whereby we will forward all of your post to you as soon as we receive it.
The Business Postal Address is not a legal requirement of company formation, nor does this type of address appear on public record: It is an optional address that can provide some benefits. This service allows the use of our address for receiving your company’s general business correspondence (non-government), for example from banks, suppliers, customers, etc.
Our Business Postal Address Service is perfect for small businesses with no physical office space, and it is a great way to ensure that you never miss an important piece of mail. It is also a smart choice if you want to create a professional image for your business by having an excellent London address in a prestigious Kensington area.

- This service is renewable on a 12 monthly basis at the prices quoted on this website.
- This service does not include either a registered office address or a service address, each of which services must be purchased separately.
- We reserve the right not to accept or handle any items that exceed the Small parcel size or weight as defined by the Royal Mail (L 45cm x W 35cm x H 16cm, up to 2kg). This is because we do not have the facilities to store larger parcels.
- Incoming post will be forwarded to you by Royal Mail (default option) unless you specifically request that we scan and e-mail it. The cost of forwarding post to you is charged additionally:
– Mail forwarding is charged at Royal Mail postal rates plus a 15% handling fee + VAT.
– The forwarding of mail by scanning and e-mailing is charged at £1 per letter.Â
– International dispatch by DHL is available upon special request.Â
