You may then arrange a consultation with the firm, via Skype or telephone, which is free for the first 30 minutes. Alternatively, you may put questions to them by e-mail. The purpose of this initial consultation is to introduce you to their accountancy services and discuss your accounting and taxation concerns.

As soon as your company is registered you will receive an email containing a link to complete our online VAT questionnaire. Once you fill our VAT questionnaire, we will prepare and submit your VAT registration application to HMRC.
It may take within 20 to 30 days for HMRC to process. Once your application has been successful, we will e-mail the VAT Registration Number to you. HMRC will send you the VAT registration certificate by post.
PAYE stands for “Pay As You Earn”. Every limited company, even if the director is the sole employee, must register with HMRC (Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs) to set up its own payroll, which deducts income tax and national insurance contributions from the salaries paid to all staff employed by the company.
You must register your company for PAYE before your employees’ first payday and it can take up to 2 weeks to get your PAYE reference number as an employer. On the other hand, you may not register more than 2 months before you begin to pay staff.
