Examples of significant accounting transactions: the company has settled an invoice, paid bank charges, bank interest, paid employees, or paid dividends to shareholders. Exclusions to the rule are: Payment for shares issued at the time of incorporation, late filing penalties and filing fees paid to Companies House.

We are sorry, but we cannot provide you with the Dormant Accounts Service!

Only those dormant companies that have never traded since incorporation can submit their accounts via a simplified procedure using the form AA02 - Dormant Company Accounts.

If your company has ever traded, even in a previous financial year, we recommend that you seek advice from a qualified accountant. If you wish, we may introduce you to our Accounting Partner.
