A company may NOT apply for voluntary strike-off under these circumstances:

  • If it has traded or sold stock in the last 3 months.
  • If it has changed its name in the last 3 months.
  • If it is the subject of legal action.
  • If it is already in, or is about to enter, liquidation.
  • If it has entered into a credit agreement such as a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA).

This is NOT a company registration number! We need the Authentification Code to file your application with Companies House on your behalf.

Please list above the names of the directors who will sign the DSO1 form – Strike off a company from the register.

The form must be signed by:

  • The sole director, if there is only one;
  • Both directors, if there are two;
  • By all directors or the majority of directors, if there are more than two.
