Service Type

If you use our Standard Service, the Certificate of Good Standing will be issued within 10 working days from the date of order. Time frames may vary depending upon how busy Companies House is.

If you choose the Express service then it will be issued within 24 hours. The Express service is available only for purchases made before 1 pm Mon-Fri.
Apostille Option
Time frames may vary depending upon how busy the Legalisation Office is.
